AMY OLSON
Dr. Amy Olson has served in leadership and ministry roles at congregations of all sizes for more than two decades and has over fifteen years of experience in organizational leadership and management. Amy obtained her doctorate in strategic leadership from Regent University’s School of Business and Leadership and is an internationally published author, professor, strategic advisor, and executive coach. In addition to her passion for developing Christian leaders and teams, Amy enjoys playing music, traveling, and spending time with her family.
CHRIS OLSON
Chris Olson is an ordained minister who has served in leadership and ministry roles at congregations of all sizes for nearly twenty years. He has more than fifteen years of experience in business management and organizational leadership. Chris has a master’s degree in organizational leadership with a concentration in organizational development consulting from Regent University School of Business and Leadership. Additionally, he is a published author, professor, and leadership consultant. His passion lies in teaching and developing systems and processes for Christian leaders.

STRATEGIC PLANNINGAll churches should be active in fulfilling the Great Commission. However, it is increasingly harder to do in this day and age without a strategic plan that will provide a road map for revival. Some plant, some water, and God gives the increase, but laborers must be spirit-led and purposeful in reaping the harvest (1 Corinthians 3:6; Luke 10:2; Matthew 13:24-30). We work with the senior leadership team to develop a strategic plan toward winning your city and making disciples of Christ.
